Hi, I ordered an iPhone 15 on the 22nd May, after passing credit check and paying an upfront fee of £100, the sales girl said the order didn’t go through and someone would call me back on the 23rd, that call never came. Today I spoke with a nice customer service person who said that the order never went through because they had a totally different phone on the order that was much dearer in price, not the one that I ordered and is on my contract that I received.
Now I have to wait on the refund of £100 and pay another £100 today to get the order through with no guarantee that it will go through.
Can I have my refund returned quicker than the 6 days please so I can complete this order.

As this is not customer service but a public forum, that has no account access and does not know who you are, you would have to speak to customer service, but if you check your bank, the £100.- should show as pending, so no money has been taken as yet, so not sure that you can change things either.

@Cmon74 EE have a process that has to be followed for refunds, basically cross the T’s and dot the I’s before anything can be approved and sanctioned. I can probably say there is a queue of these waiting to be reviewed as it’s not just a case of clicking a refund button so to say on each account.
