PAYG, Unable to make or recieve calls

Hey,
over the past couple of days I've found I'm unable to make or receive calls.
All attempts to call result in a cannot connect message and any incoming calls result in an instant missed call message with no ring. I've no issue sending/receiving texts however.

Yep, restarted it a dozen or so times now and yes, North Wales.

What happens when you try making a call?

Does the same happen if you call 150? 

Can you text BALANCE to 150, what does the reply show?

Yep get the same issue when I call 150,
Texting BALANCE, gets the expected reply with current balance, last topup info etc.
