PAYG, Unable to make or recieve calls

Hey,
over the past couple of days I've found I'm unable to make or receive calls.
All attempts to call result in a cannot connect message and any incoming calls result in an instant missed call message with no ring. I've no issue sending/receiving texts however.

Asked a couple of other people, and nope no issues for them.
