Hi just arrived in Spain (majorca) my phone isn't working

Can't send texts

Can't use data

Can't make a call

Says

Not registered on a network

Data roaming is on

The wifi at the hotel is very poor 😐

@Daywalker711 Did you able roaming on your EE account before you left the uk ? This is done by texting ROAMING to 150 or by calling customer services.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
