I’m currently abroad (Spain) and was able to make calls both locally and back to the uk. Suddenly I’m now unable to make any calls. My plan says I can currently still use my data, anybody know what I can do?

Do you have an active roaming pass on your account?
Are you aware if there is a spend cap in place?
Have you tried manually connecting to another local network?

You can check the Spend Cap limit if you log into your My EE app, select Settings and Permissions, Spend Cap, what is this set at?
