I recently moved back to EE from BT as I got a new Galaxy Flip 5 phone. But I can't make calls or send or receive texts as I am not registered on the network - That's the message I get when I try. I can't even call 150 to ask for help. What do I do?

Oh - I'm not. I put in my old sim card with my number on it. That may be the issue. I'll swap the sims over. Thank you for your help.

Yeah, give that a try, @DREAMCATCHER64. Hopefully it then works OK. 🙂
