Hello. 

new customer. Recently transferred from three to ee.

 

can text and call. Just not receiving auto verification texts. Any advice? Thank you

When did your number transfer to EE?

Hi Leanne,

using the iPhone 15 pro max. 

The transfer to my new number was done on Monday. 

spoke on 150 yesterday and talked me through a full reset of my phone and Apple Watch which hasn’t solved the issue

If you go into Settings then Messages, does the correct number show for send and receive?

Yes it does show the correct number.  
recieved texts and calls. Just not the automatic generated ones.

Did you try resetting the network settings in your iPhone settings or a full reset?

When speaking to one of your colleagues on the phone yesterday we did a full reset

Hi, I am having the same problem but with a Samsung. Been on to customer support they don't know why. They are checking with 3 to see if they have sent the correct details over, said it can take about 3 days
