Not receiving txt messages

Hi, my wife and I have both got new EEsim cards..problem were both having is not receiving txt messages from some of our contacts where as before we had no issues..   can anyone help....

Welcome to the community.

Do you know of any patterns to the numbers that you aren't receiving messages from? Is it specific numbers? Are they on the same network?

Could you try restarting the devices this morning and let me know if the issue is still there?

Have restarted both devices, iam only getting txt messages from a few of my co tactics all on different networks.

Ended up going back to the shop turns out the sim card given wasn't set up right at the start.....new sim card and all set up correctly and everything is working as it should...
