Not receiving phone call

I have two days and noten able to receive or make phone calls.Even the advisors are not being able to contact me. I work remotely and I have been stuck in a bad position.

Anyone can help me?

I'd recommend trying a replacement SIM.

No I can't send text messages only to 150 does it

In addition - what is the result of a 2way SIM-swap?

Your non-working SIM in a working phone - what result?

A working SIM in your non-working phone - what result?

This will help ascertain if the issue is SIM/account-related, or phone-related.
