Hi,
I have tried numerous times over the last few days to get a verification code from Microsoft so that I can sign in to my email account. I’ve previously received this without any issue as recently as November and I haven’t changed my telephone number linked to my Microsoft account.
I have tired all the usual things including turning my phone off an on again, checking I hadn’t blocked a contact etc etc and nothing has worked.
Is it possible that EE have blocked these texts coming through as I had a similar issue when I first transferred to EE approx. 2 years ago?

I've tried factory resetting my phone of tried a new SIM card deal but still verification code is error on my phone which I was directed to.

It may be worth having a chat with our Technical Support team so they can check your account over to make sure everything is OK on our end.
