150 service not working

Have been trying to reach EE using the 150 service, but every time I get through it then tells me 'service is temporarily unavailable' and I need to call back later.

Seeing historical comments of similar it suggested turning phone off and on again, but have done that several times now and still get the same.

I need to speak to customer service but have no email as our business account mgr has left EE and not given details of new contact.  Very frustrated........
