I have found that the last 6 weeks or so I am not receiving calls or missed call alerts when I am on another call. I run a business so spend a lot of time on the phone and am missing out on work.
I have tried to call 150 but keep getting redirected to a chat service which doesn't work, and then receive a text advising the system has an issue and to call 150, rinse and repeat.
Very frustrating!
Note: Started happening with previous Handset (Samsung Galaxy S11) and has carried on with my new Handset (S23 Ultra) .
I had checked the call waiting services and tried with it both on an off. I am getting to the point where I will need to change to another provider as my business is suffering.

Have you had a new SIM card or changed phone and used the same SIM?
Do you have a pay monthly or pay as you go account?

This has been sorted now, managed to finally get through to someone at EE and they found that my call waiting was turned off on thier end.
