calls not working

I made a call this morning okay (8am) but now (2pm) it keeps saying that I'm 'not registered on network', can anyone help please as I need to contact my boss and other individuals.

Hi @kaylao 

I'd recommend checking for problems in your area using the Network & Coverage Tool.

Put in your postcode and choose your phone model, then click 'Check Status'.

Does your phone show a mobile network connection?

The status check explained above will be a good test if you don't have coverage in a location you normally do. If your phone shows service but you have problems making calls, see if all numbers are affected or just specific ones.
