No service in USA

Hi  I have been in  usa  since March  I cannot  get my EE service phone keeps  reading no service  I can't  recieve  my voice mail  or make any  home calls  I'm paying   the  add on while I am abroad  I got a better service from BT   and  they changed me to EE    how  do I get a service
