I have arrived in Dubai and I have a PAYG sim with a data pack and 700 mins but I cannot even connect to a network over here and I am trying to do business here. When I try and connect to any network it redirects me to sign into EE and then I get an error message every time and it is so difficult to get hold of EE from abroad to sort this out. My data roaming is on and I should be able to connect. Maybe I need to buy loads of new credit to be allowed onto any network is that it? Plse help thanks Liam

I am on pay monthly & I have iPhone 13 Pro Max with latest IOS and Roaming is on !

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check your account from our side. I know of others in a similar situation in the past using a VoIP service, such as Skype, to call us.

Hi,
Apparently my SIM is not active to work abroad !!!
How can activate my SIM....can you do it remotely ?
I need my text to work as i need OTP's when doing transactions....lack of service is really blocking my work !!
No calling APPs are working either.....only Whatsapp messaging is working...can you send me a EE whatsapp helpdesk number ?
