Currently in USA data roaming is working (I pay for worldwide roaming) but cannot make or receive calls or texts. This also makes it very difficult to contact customer services as I can’t find an email or chat option online..
any advice

I understand that you have the add-on, but did you text ROAMING to 150 to set the SIM up for international roaming, @Scotty-?
I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check everything from our side for you. I know of users in a similar situation using a VoIP service, such as Skype, to get in touch.
