There has been no phone data or signal in the PO4 Southsea area for 11 days now due to waiting for a replacement part for the mast apparently. Calls are in and out too. When is going to be fixed? and shouldn’t i get some kind of compensation, i’m paying for a service that i’m not receiving.

Yes, it says the problem should have been resolved within 16 hours, that was on Friday morning 😂 still having the same problem

No phone signal since Friday. Told it will be fixed within 16hrs....96 hours ago. Call 150, how can I do that without a signal. I can't even phone my GP to get an appointment and I'm poorly. Can't phone family either to ask them to do it for me. Absolute joke

I do apologise I should have taken into account it may not be that easy for customers to call.

I think my only option is to change provider. Zero help from the "best service in the UK"....Laughable really. How can service be down since Friday and how can you keep giving the same pathetic message of "
We're on it. We expect good service within 16 hours, but some fixes take a little longer.
