No data or signal in my area

There has been no phone data or signal in the PO4 Southsea area for 11 days now due to waiting for a replacement part for the mast apparently. Calls are in and out too. When is going to be fixed? and shouldn’t i get some kind of compensation, i’m paying for a service that i’m not receiving.

And now I'm emergency calls only. What a shambles

WiFi Calling should support calls to other numbers dialling direct from your handset. 

Are you connect to WiFi on your phone at the moment?

I'm in the same local area, nothing since Friday. Can't do anything!! Exact same reply from EE also. Joke!!

With all due respect me speaking with you isn't going to solve anything. I want to know when you plan on solving the service problem, stop saying it will be 16hrs when its been over 96 hours already. Some information on when it will be fixed would be nice. Thanks.

I don't have any further information on this. I would recommend opting in for updates and as soon as there is an update you will be notified.

I have had the update that reads.......

 

Service problem in BB1 9AW

We're on it. We expect good service within 16 hours, but some fixes take a little longer.

I have had the same UPDATE every day since Friday so what's the point in signing up for the updates when it's some poxy automated message 

 

Our engineers will be returning to the site that provides coverage in your area, to fit the parts required to resolve the fault. We will next update you on 26 September 😂😂😂😂

That will be 11 days without any service.

Hopefully customers will be provided with adequate compensation for this!!!
