My partner is currently in spain , roaming works fine for mobile data but her phone will not let her make calls or texts.
EE error 0.
Have checked call barring is off.
Was asked to call cust service but on holiday and not fair to waste precious time (waited 45 mins).
Can somebody at EE tech sort this out by relaying an idiots guide to me so that i can get my partner to check her phones settings. This would be easier and quicker.
If you could call her then even better.
Her mob no ends ...........351 on my account.

My partner tried calling CS but after 45mins nothing. She is on holiday so was not wasting precious time sitting on a phone !!
It has been sorted now, international call barring was switched on. Tech team turned it off and hey presto it worked 👍

@Lloydygb : No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are. You need to phone CS.

Are you aware if roaming was activated before leaving the UK by texting ROAMING to 150 or by giving us a call?
Does mobile data work OK without WiFi?
