Hi @ultramiker
Thanks for coming to the community.
Have you tried rebooting Starlink as @Mothy1 has suggested trying above?
Leanne.

Interesting. I raised a request with Starlink support and finally got this response:
Hello,
EE has confirmed they've resolved the issue on their end.
To troubleshoot, please factory reset your router by following the steps on our FAQ page: https://www.starlink.com/ca/support/article/d68ed178-4d54-b486-b7d8-2a6273917632.
If the issue persists, reopen your ticket - we'll investigate further. Thank you for your patience.
However I didn't want to factory reset my router as I have a complex passthrough mesh network setup that is working just fine.
I ordered a free GiffGaff SIM to test as a replacement and it has mysteriously started working again today. With no reboots, no restarts, no factory resets...
Let's see if it continues to work....

Same issue, same failed set of possible 'solutions'. Sometimes WiFi calling (Starlink) works, sometimes it doesn't. It must be an IP thing with EE, as Starlink says. We are desperate for a solution - like so many others we are in a rural location with terrible mobile signal and no landline. We are pensioners and our security depends on WiFi calling. This is what Starlink advises sending to EE:
"Dear Streaming Service Provider, Wi-Fi Calling Provider, Web Content Provider, or Video Game Publisher. I experienced issues accessing content that is being IP restricted on Starlink internet. I was provided the following information to relay to you to help resolve this: Starlink is a new global Internet Service Provider and our IPv4/ IPv6 address space is continuously expanding. Per RFC 8805, Starlink's Self-Published IP Geolocation Feeds can be found at the following link for machine consumption: https:// geoip.starlinkisp.net/feed.csv. This is currently being ingested at a regular schedule with major geolocation providers. If you maintain a local geolocation database, we request that you update your geolocation records per the self-published feed or utilize the major geolocation providers."
I raised a complaint and sent it - who knows? Ironically I'm reading about EE trying to negotiate teaming up with Starlink for direct-to- cell access for their hard to reach areas. Haha they better get this sorted if they want to make any progress on that!!!!

Hi @SparkGirl123.
Thanks for coming here.
I understand how important it must be for this to work.
Please contact Starlink directly so this can be investigated further.

Adding my voice and frustration to this thread.
We live in remote rural area and rely on Starlink for our internet. We have to use WiFi calling as we have no phone signal in the house and no landline connection. Until recently this has rarely been an issue but it's been getting flakier over the past few weeks and has now completely stopped working.
When we experienced problems back in August we did the usual rounds of reboots, checking settings etc to no avail but each time it kicked back in again overnight.
This time our WiFi calling went down on the afternoon of 11/9/25 and hasn't worked for 2 days. My husband contacted EE yesterday who directed him to Starlink. Under Starlink's direction he ran tests and confirmed that our Internet speeds/latency etc. were all excellent - obvious to us when we can use all other apps and streaming services.
Both my husband and I have Samsung Galaxy phones and are on EE so it's not possible to check if it's working with another provider.
All we know is that it was working fine until Thursday and now we're getting batted back and forth between EE and Starlink with neither taking responsibility for the issue or its resolution.

Um Katie_B at the risk of being rude, did you even bother to read my message? I copied Starlink's response to me into it! They say the issue is with EE not accepting some of the IP addresses it is generating. Given the apparently random nature of the problem and the fact that no fixes work, this seems entirely plausible and I believe them (as do most others on this lengthy thread - if you have read it). EE will NOT be able to use Starlink to improve their network if this simple problem is not fixed! But.....see Starlink's INSTRUCTIONS FOR FIXING IT in my message above. You can't imagine how frustrating it is not only to have this problem, but also not to have it even recognised by EE!
