Just upgrade my iPhone to 15 pro same number , can make calls but not receive them, waiting hours on 150 form of help , anyone any ideas

Are you using the same working SIM as you had in your old phone - which presumably was working for all functions?

Hi I can’t receive calls and the EE team can’t call me back.They tried to and. messaged me saying that they can’t call me back.

I was able to get through today, and I was told that there's some issue with phone numbers that used to be on Lycamobile network. Wasn't able to find anything official on the website, but appears widespread and support was not surprised by the symptoms.
No Eta for fix yet, but the support associate created a complaint case for my number so that resolution can be tracked.
