I'm not happy at the moment, joined EE as not happy with sky mobile - got a PAC number and gave that to transfer my number. Tried using my mobile and can't make or receive calls which seriously affects me and work. Can't call, email or chat !! How do I resolve this. Starting to think I made a mistake.

Regardless of your port-in, does your EE phone show coverage?
The PAC is normally actioned the working day after you submit it, assuming that's during working hours.
