Re: Losing a customer after 20 years

I can absolutely concur with this treatment..I haven't been able to use the Internet for months..I had an unsolicited phone call "thanking me for being a loyal customer "  and a reduction in my monthly payments...

But because I was away a lot I didn't use my phone  for a long time..Now I find they have cut my data...and many many phone  calls just denying everything and blaming me...at the end of every conversation they try to sell something to me...totally disgraceful

I will take this all the way to get a result from them...My sympathies go to the poor people who have to deliver the **bleep** every day...move on folks..this ship is sinking..just look at trust pilot..

Hi @Thebazza

Thanks for coming here.

I'm sorry to hear you have not been able to access your internet.

Is this regarding your mobile data?

When you received a call did they upgrade you to a plan with lower data?

Please provide more information regarding the call, I would love to see if I can help.

Katie

@Thebazza  Your first paragraph sounds like a scam because EE will not reduce your contract price whilst your mid contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
