I was a customer with ee over a few years ago. I fell on hard times and wasn't able to pay my bills leading to a cancellation. Recently I have gotten a new number and would like to hange it to my previous number I had with ee since most of my friend and family still have that number. Is there any way of me getting the PAC/STAC code from myold EE number?

Once you relinquished your previous number, it's no longer yours. It will have long since been through the quarantine process and very likely out the other side into the general number pool.
If this number was an EE number (as opposed to a ported-in one) and it's in the general allocation pool ready for issue, then you could try requesting a change of number to it.. but I'd consider that a long shot more than anything.
