New mobile not receiving calls or able to send messages

My daughter has received her new phone today its on my contract its not receiving calls or sending them we think it is the SIM not working

In this case @Blandenm

 

Please call us on 150,  if no SIM card was in the packaging the team will get this looked into, as the old SIM card should be working for her.

I cant ring 150 I am work and don't finish till late could someone look into this on here please

and why wouldnt the old SIM work even if she didnt get one?

Cam someone call us at a specific time I get home at 7pm I don't fancy being on hold for hours when I have been at work all day when this is someone's mistake
