Did you activate roaming before leaving the UK by either texting ROAMING to 150 or by giving us a call?

Thank you Katie, for your reply. I am in Paris at the moment and my phone was working perfectly when I came to Paris but yesterday and today my phone was not working at all and I haven’t even got any network. Also before I left the uk I informed EE that I was going to Paris and they said that they will charge me extra payment so why is my phone not working. Thank you.

Yes I am on contract and I am urgently need help as I can’t use my phone I can’t even call EE because I haven’t got any network.

Do you have signal showing?
What happens if you try and make a call?
Have you manually searched for other networks in your phone settings and tried connecting?
