Hi everyone,
I need help.
I’ve been unable to use my mobile data for a week now. I woke up one morning and it just says it’s not activated. I’ve done everything but it’s not working. When I put it on instead of 5G it’s showing EDGE and saying it’s not activated. I can’t send texts to 150. Making calls seem to be very difficult even receiving.

EDGE means your phone is on 2G.
Try toggling flight mode and also restarting your phone in the first instance.

Could you try going into Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings, this will restart the iPhone and remove any saved WiFi passwords.
Does the same happen after trying this?

Do you know anyone else locally who uses EE - do they have similar problems? I suspect they won't, but worth checking.
Otherwise, try a 2way SIM-swap, which any EE retail store can assist with if necessary.
