Money taken from bank account not mine

Money has been taken out off my account what’s this for it is 69.52 on the 16th may.bill for sim only was paid on the 6th may.

We have no idea, this is not customer service and we have no idea who you are. I would suggest looking at your billing and the breakdown and also ringing customer service to find out and see what is going on.

Was the 6/5 your billing date or payment date. 

Payments are normally taken 10 days after billing. 

As @Schockwave speak to EE CS on 150 if you're unsure.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Do you have more than one EE account? If you log into your EE app/online account what date shows as the bill date and payment date?
