How to get out of this nightmare ?

Question.How to move to SKY from EE as can not log into my account to end it.Don’t mind paying for this .But the nightmare would end.please don’t tell me to phone 150.As this is a road I have been down to sort my account out.

If I buy a different subscription pack and my current pack has data rollover will my data from my previous pack rollover?

Did you get this sorted as I'm having the same issue and have previously used this phone in the usa, i can send and receive sms but not calls

Digital Home Phone "Service not ready"
