`I have spent some months now trying to sort out a number of issues with EE. Some I have managed to solve but I am still unable to see my broadband bills even though they send through a notification, on e-mail, saying this is my latest broadband bill. When I open it, its mobile bills.
I spent some considerable time on the phone with one agent saying she would set me up with ands EE ID which would link to my husbands mobile and broadband and my mobile would stay independent. Set up an ID on another e-mail account which covered my husbands mobile, TV/Broadband. Still no luck ! Fed up !

Do you & your husband have 2 separate BB plans with EE? You say variously "my broadband bills" & "my husbands mobile and broadband". You can't see another person's a/c & bills unless they give you their logon creds & allow you access.

We have two mobiles but one broadband/TV account.
