Mobile not receiving texts

Hi, my mobile is receiving texts from EE numbers but not from other networks.

My colleague lives in B79 area and has been unable to receive texts since Monday but can receive calls.

 

I live in the RG20 area and can receive all texts but my signal is horrendous with some people saying they have been unable to call me.

 

Please can you check the B79 and RG20 area.

If this is happening for you both in multiple areas and for more than one number, please get back in touch on 150.

B79 there are not reported problems and this is where my colleague is receiving no texts.

 

We will not be calling customer services again to waste our time. we will probably be seeking another supplier

You can report a problem without having to call on that status checker. That way our network team will investigate it. I would recommend your colleague, or anyone else who's having a problem in that area do the same.

I'm having same issue haven't received text from my partner who is on 02 but he can receive my messages I've checked coverage says good for my Samsung galaxy s10 phone  I work in community and getting alot of problems from my area manager when she text me only received messages from ee numbers 

Happening in Dy8 UK Been 4 days no text

Have you recently changed your phone number or made any other changes to your account?

Been a ee customer now 4 yrs same number had phone 2 yrs. Update was done on Monday by ee in my area 

No Bern with ee 4 yrs same number same phone for 2 yrs. EE did a update on Monday week today in my area dy8.
