I am in the UK. While signed into MyEE, I have been unable for months to use live chat. I write this as I wait interminably on hold for a live person to answer the CS helpline.

Live Chat has not worked for me in at least the past 12 months. I waited about 20 minutes for technical help and I got precisely the information I needed, since I needed to be sure of data plans and functionality before 5 am.

I will be abroad early tomorrow. Thanks, but finally got my several questions answered by telephone call with EE technical support.
