Lost phone abroad

Lost my phone of my bicycle on bad roads.

So how do I cancel my sim and order a new one ASAP..

Now on a spare phone with a Uzbekistan sim in it...I can't ring international calls 

EE say ring to report lost phone ! How you ring if you can't ring ? The no live chat for EE what do you do Ee

@Chris2769  Live chat is available via the EE app  You will have to call from a different phone. You might want to read THIS 

Even if you request a replacement sim this will be sent to your UK billing address and will have to be action the UK by someone and they will have to post this out to you
