EU roaming charges

I saw on the EE website that there are no additional charges when using a mobile in the EU.I have just arrived in Greece and had a text advising of a daily charge of £2.47!!!Anyone else had this problem?

@lisa12368  Roaming has been a chargeable option since July 2021.   Can you post a link to what you claim ?    You’ll even see a add on within your account under add ons that says
