Hi
Im wondering if anyone knows whether or not I can listen to a call that was made 2 weeks ago. I have my nephews phone under my name, and I swear when I set it up, the guy said I would be able to listen to calls if I was concerned about anything. I thought how crazy it was at the time.
anyway, the only reason I ask is his bill has come back and has been charged £7 for a 14 second phone call to some random number (looks Chinese) and I can’t find anything out about the number. I know it was a stupid prank or something so just out of curiosity I wanted to hear the call to see what it was and block it.
thanks

EE don't record the contents of your calls.
What were the first 6 digits of the number you called?

Would you want them to? It would be eavesdropping 😞 .
EE agent was referring to calls you make to them & may be recorded for training purposes, but they are v. unlikely to play them back for you.

Ha, no it wasn’t that. He was talking about his daughter and was saying that if he was concerned he could playback her calls. Sounded just as weird to me then as it will to you now. But as I remembered it, I thought I’d just ask the question.
cheers

I didn’t think so either, I just remembered him saying something about his daughter and him being able to.
which is bizarre, I know.

Hi @blatcher18
Thanks for coming to the community.
Sorry this would not be possible, is the number showing in his phone call log?
You can apply a bar on his number for calling abroad and premium rate calls, if you go into the My EE app and select his number then Roaming.
Leanne 🙂
