Lack of upfront info. on how to disable roaming pass

Very disappointed to see total lack of clarity on initial set up page indicating that "monthly" roaming pass needs to be disabled and how this should be done, to avoid ongoing charges. Should not need to go to a community page to learn how to switch off. This information should be provided at time of set up on same webpage.
