What if you don't make & receive calls, send texts & listen to VM.

But you simply receive the texts on iMessage, is it still charged?

Thanks!

Yes, @ramesht , that is using mobile data unless you are on WiFi. However you can receive ordinary texts (SMS) for free.

Hi @ramesht

Just to add, if anyone leaves you a voicemail you would be charged for an incoming call, charges can be found in our Roaming Costs

You can turn voicemail off before travelling by texting VM OFF to 150 and VM ON to 150 when you return 🙂

Leanne.

Retrieving a voicemail is charged as an outgoing call, but you should only be charged for receiving calls when you answer them.
