Hello @shazbaz17.
To confirm roaming is set up did you activate this texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK?
Have you tried removing your spend cap?
I would also recommend trying to connect to another local network.
Speak soon,
Katie

Hi,
Thankyou for replying but sadly have tried all of that and still cannot make a call , absolutely infuriating as I have paid the extra daily fees , even bought bundles and still nothing and cannot even speak to anyone at EE ☹️

Hi @shazbaz17.
I understand how frustrating this must be.
Have you tried a reboot of your phone since landing?
Our live chat team are available and they will be able to look into this further for you.
Please log in to your My EE account and this option should appear.

Hi,
yes have tried rebooting and tried changing almost every setting I can think may be related but nothing works.
I can send texts, use WhatsApp, Snapchat, messenger etc just not make a simple call .
I cannot find a live chat function everytime I search when logged into myee I get told to use the community forum which is again frustrating when I just want someone to look at my account and check International call are not barred

Thanks for getting back to me @shazbaz17.
Have you tried navigating around the app to see if it appears?
Do you see the start conversation option HERE?

What are the hints & tips you've tried so far? Can you confirm that the internet-based functions you're using, are available over mobile data and not just WiFi?
