Incoming calls from uk to Turkey

I am in Turkey on holiday but can't receive calls or voicemails from the UK, can call UK ok but not the 150 number or other numbers on ee website

Can you send & receive text messages? Have you tried connecting to each local network in-turn, and are the symptoms identical on each? There should be 3 operators available.
