HMRC call charge

I'm seeing lots of charge rates info online. Does it cost, and if so how much, to call 0300 numbers like the HMRC line? I have a 15 pounds subscription pack pay by month. it include unlimited calling ( Is that include 0300 calling at free?)

Calling 03 nos costs the same as 01 & 02 nos and are included in your mins allowance.
