I bought a roaming data pass and have 18gb of data showing when I log in but my mobile data is not working. When I spoke to ee they said I had no data left. Why is there 18gb showing and they say I don't have any. It is very frustrating being in another country with no mobile data

@Shelleyd : Where are you?
The Roaming Abroad pass is just a billing add-on. It doesn't enable your ability to roam abroad. For that you needed to have texted ROAMING to 150 before you left the UK to ensure roaming is enabled on your account. If you didn't you now need to call CS to have it enabled.

it says 9.39gb used although in the app it shows 18gb left. I only start
with 10. I tried texting roaming but it hasn't worked. I am in Australia
and it's 11am here I thought it would kick back in at midnight when my data
renews but it hasn't.
