Hi @IOG.
Welcome to the community.
What happens if you try to call your number?
Do you have a signal on the phone?
What phone are you using?

I tried different phones, iPhone 12 and several Android phones like oneplus 6t, oneplus 9pro and Google Pixel 6 pro.
The line is registered in the EE network and I can make calls to any other provider like EE, O2 or Vodafone numbers, even abroad, however, when I call back my number from any phone number, I get a message saying we can't connect to that number.

no, I asked if I needed a new sim because it's not the first time I do changes between plans and I was told to get a new sim, when I was told I could use the same one and it was weird but if that is the issue, I will order a new one.

Thanks @IOG
It may be worth calling our technical support team so they can look into this for you.
Let us know how you get on.
