Im in Australia and phone working well via internet but i cant receive any texts from the Uk - ie internet banking, confirming my ee account etc.  The network here is Telstra but they cant help me

@LyndaRobinson  Can you receive calls/text from the UK ?  Can you call/text back to the UK ?   The internet working on your device has nothing to do with texts.   Have you enable call abroad and premium rate numbers from within your online account?
