Making calls

Hi, my phone is showing that's connected to internet. I can do everything except make a phone call, can't even contact customer services.

Everytime l try, this message appears:- no mobile network.

Tried restarting phone, anyone else having problems or solution, please?

Hi @Purpleheart.

 

Is your phone connected to WiFi or is it using mobile data?

 

Do you have a signal on the phone?

 

Is this a new phone or new SIM card?

Connected to wifi, it looks like l have no signal & not new phone had it
for almost 2 years.

Oppo, all areas.

Still have no network coverage, what's happening, please?

I need my phone for work & this is day 2 with no coverage.

Will this be reflected in my next bill?

Do you know of anyone else on EE who is experiencing the same issues?

 

Can you try taking your SIM card out from your phone and giving it a clean, before inserting it again?
