To be clear, data roaming means using mobile data whilst roaming.
The myEE app allows you to toggle mobile data on/off for individual lines, but this controls both UK & roaming usage. If you only want to restrict usage abroad, then "data roaming" is a phone setting - this will not control voice calls or text messages whilst roaming.
