I pay an additional £6 per month for an EU roaming pass so that I can use my inclusive minutes/texts/data while away.
I have text ROAMING to 150 and received a response saying that I'm all set and will be charged £2.59 a day, to use my UK allowances and that I need to remove the block for additional charges on my account.
I take it this is a generic text as there shouldn't be a £2.59 daily charge if I pay monthly for the add on?

Brilliant, I have it now. That is the Essentials Plus plan, which does include EU roaming as part of the plan. The others are the No Frills plan, which is £6 per month cheaper on the EE One plans.
When you go to an EU country, you'd be able to use the Essentials Plus plan as you would at home at no extra charge.

Welcome to the community.
Is the £6 add-on showing in the add-ons section of your account in the EE app or when you login through the website?
If it is, can you send me a screenshot of what it shows (blanking out any personal information) as I'm not aware of what add-on this would be.
Do you have a personal or business account?

Have added a screen shot showing that my inclusive minutes/texts/data are included for my travel destination and a screen shot showing the add on in the ee app.

Thanks @CarolineJobson.
That first one certainly does make it look like it would be free, and then wouldn't be charged the daily £2.59 charge.
Does it show that the add-on is chargeable on the bill?
Which price plan do you currently have and when did the latest contract start?

I have 4 lines on my account, 1 for each family member and I renewed all 4 in October 2024.
I was asked if I still needed EU roaming on any of the number and I asked to keep it on just mine. I am on the EE One EP plan and the other 3 plans are EE One NF.
I have added screen shots of what is included on my plan, this shows to EU roaming and also included a screen shot of what is included on the other 3. This shows a daily charge for EU roaming.

My plan is £6 a month more expensive than the other 3.

That makes a bit more sense @CarolineJobson , it is that the plan is more, rather than a £6 add-on.
What is the name of your plan? It should be shown on the same page, just to the right of the last pictures. I just want to make 100% sure that you are covered on your phone.
