Hello @Roy58 ,

Welcome to the community,

If you have roaming, call abroad and premium calls and you want to make calls whilst in Turkey, you can have an add on to make calls, but if it is to do with data, unless you pay for a package, you will not be charged for data,. If wifi is available for data use, then this is the cheapest option. You can find the charges here, by putting in the country you are going to:

https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Roy58 : As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs/countries/turkeyandnortherncyprus .

If you are on contract, remember to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to ensure roaming is enabled on your account.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
