Fraud

Somebody opened an phone account in my name at an address I have not lived at for over 7 years. EE/ BT then  referred it to a debt collection agency who after some  correspondence seem to be fairly satisfied it is Fraud. I have reported it to Action Fraud and have a reference.

The bank acount used to open the account was apparently based in Switzerland but   EE/BT have still registered a default on my credit file.

Im getting nowhere trying to resolve this

I see a lot of people on here with similar stories , maybe its time for some sort of class action?
