I purchased the rest of the world pack to be call my family abroad but anytime I try they tell me I have no credit to call despite having 100 minutes. Any attempts to reach customer care has proved futile

@Serwaa Is the country your calling listed here
Included countries: USA, Turkey, South Africa, Australia, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, Brazil, Japan, Singapore, Argentina, China, Chile, Peru, Ecuador
as this is the countries you can call from that pack.
you also need credit on your account when you call customer services as there is a flat rate of 25p.
