Keep old number

Hi, I have been an EE PAYG customer for a number of years, just switched to monthly sim only and received my new SIM card today, is there any way for me to keep my old number? I can’t seem to find a way to do this looking online.

@Rlh2207 You need to call customer services to request that they change your PAYG number to your new contract Sim

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

How did you switch to pay-monthly - did you use the instant switching service ?

How did you obtain the new SIM?
